frame and old artex.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Drywall added<\/strong> over the frame, gaps sealed, and the surface painted for a cleaner finish.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Flooring replaced<\/strong> with new ply and vinyl tiles for durability and appearance.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Storage and furniture<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Small shoe cabinet<\/strong> from Temu placed beneath two shelves for practical storage.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Shelving added<\/strong> to increase usable space and display items.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Artwork and historical features<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>History artwork<\/strong> added, including an old street image and the 1911 census
